Shipping and Returns

As we are a small business, orders will only be shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries take place within standard business hours and we will do our best to notify you if there are unexpected delays. Parcels are tracked through New Zealand Post and you will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your goodies across the country or over the Tasman Sea.

For New Zealand orders, it may
 take up to 3 working days for your goodies to get to you.

For Australian orders, it will take between 4-10 working days for your goodies to get to you.

The shipping cost of Australian orders is determined by the combined weight of your products and is calculated according to current New Zealand Post rates, which are displayed before you confirm your payment. All freight prices are listed are in NZD.

Please only supply us with a physical shipping address as we cannot ship internationally to a PO Box. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that if your item is to be delivered to areas outside of Australian major centres, or is held for custom clearance procedures, there may be delays outside of our control beyond original delivery estimates. 

When ordering from Flora Art Supplies, you are considered the 'importer of record' and must comply with all laws and regula­tions of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Flora Art Supplies will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

Intending to be gentle to the earth, Flora parcels are sent in cardboard boxes with recyclable paper and tape. Your products are packaged with care so that you receive them in the condition and quality they were designed Damaged.  

Damaged or Faulty Goods

At Flora, we value the quality of the art materials offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days of receiving your package. If the products have arrived in a less than desirable condition due to damage during shipping let us know so we can sort out claims with the couriers. We do our best to check the quality of each item before sending it off. In the unlikely occurrence that you receive a product with a fault, please let us know within 2 days of receiving it and send it back promptly so we can offer you a replacement. Please email us if this is the case so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you if it is in stock. If it is not, you may choose a product of equal value, or request a refund. We will do our best to keep you happy.

Returns and Exchanges

We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for an exchange. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. Please note that exchanging goods is subject to product availability and we recommend submitting requests via email to arrange it. We require proof of purchase to return or exchange any product and the returns sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. All costs of returns are at the expense of the customer. Once they have been received back at Flora HQ the products will be reviewed and once cleared, you will receive your exchanged items. Flora will contact you to confirm this.
